EM Steam Proofer

EM Steam proofers are built to last. Using heavy gauge stainless through out all aspects of the unit. Paneling utilizes stainless on both sides with foam filled interior for maximum efficiency and operating performance. Steam tanks are entirely stainless with heavy duty heat and water elements. Proofers are equipped with digital controls for lock out capabilities useful in multi operator facilities. Modular construction enables a large range of proofer size from 2 single racks to 24 double rack capacities. Single door or pass through standard configurations. Power 208V single phase or 3 phase for larger applications. Larger custom units available per request.
